Client: Beach Realty and Construction, Kitty hawk, NC This contract involved the framing of a 3200 sq.ft.“Florez & Florez”designed single family home.The structure included a three level stair tower leading to a fiberglass deck placed on the roof. Other features included 10/12 Hip roof with five Gables, Front, Back and Roof Decks, Front Porch with Boxed Columns.

“Historic Cabin Restoration for the City of Capitola.” This project of historic rehabilitation consisted in the relocation of the historic cabin to a new site to serve its current role of museum displaying artifacts exemplifying “life at the beach” in the early 1800s. The project involved the construction of a new foundation system, repairing and restoring the structure and finishes of the cabin, and in making the structure ADA compliant.
